Safe, clean gym with friendly people. Really approachable for beginners with no experience or competitors at a high level. The coach is no nonsense and helps you learn and meet your goals. You can learn to fight, get in shape, and have fun too. Affordable rates as well, most reasonable in town and for some of the best training.

Love the gym, would highly recommend for anyone who is new to kickboxing to begin here. They teach the basics up to professional level, and always teaching new techniques. The coach is phenomenal and knows his craft well. Overall if it's on your bucket list to gain experience in martial arts, you won't regret it here.

Great gym with equipment for training at all levels very well structured classed with good insight from a high level coach. Perfect place to start training for beginners and experienced people as well definitely would recommend.
