Dropped in to the morning Gi class and had an awesome experience! Everyone was super nice and no body was dangerous to roll with. Made for a great training session!

Love this place. I feel like I've learned more in two classes than I did in 10 at the gym I was going to before. The methodology is perfect -- James keeps it simple, layering on new concepts slowly with lots of repetition to make sure everyone learns the technique. The facility is great too - bright, clean, plenty of bags for everyone, etc. Great experience -- looking forward to coming 2x per week.

An amazing experience. Very clean facility, friendly staff and instructors. The mixture of well experience practitioners to novice was great and the instruction was inclusive to all levels. 10/10 experience and will be back often!

The coaches are amazing and create a welcoming and hard working atmosphere. My kids love coming and I got to workout with their boxing coaches at the same time! Mom friendly. Come experience sweat and success!
