I think this might be the best gym in Grayson County. It definitely is in Sherman. The gym is so clean, organized, they have a deal where you get three one on one sessions to help you learn about the equipment and how to use it. Theres a sauna and cold plunge and its never packed which is really nice. Nick is a great guy as well. Honest and helpful.
Incredible gym with top notch equipment and knowledgeable, motivating trainers. The staff genuinely cares about your progress and pushes you to be better while keeping workouts safe and effective. The facility is always clean, well maintained, and has everything you need whether you’re just getting started or training seriously. Enduring Strength is a Gym for everyone!! I’ve been a member going on 9 months and it’s an amazing Gym. Very clean and a Home town Gym where the staff knows your name and a no judgement Gym!! The owners are very nice, easy to talk with along with the Staff. So much equipment and great atmosphere along with very good prices. The Gym offers so much cold plunge, Dry sauna and a lot more. I highly recommend Enduring Strength!!
