so thankful i found this gym. everyone is so nice and encouraging. i love the beginner friendly classes they have every single week and the trainers are amazing. would definitely recommend.
I love this gym. Especially the classes, cherry booty classes with Fatima are my favorites. My kids come with me they play in the playground with other kids while I workout. I have never found a gym as family oriented as this one. I highly recommend this gym.
Love working out here not very crowded. All MMA and boxing classes are legit and will definitely get you in shape. The owners have been great to us and after trying all gyms around sherman this one tops it all.
I went and signed up with them in August during their open house. The gym is clean, Fatima was very sweet and I loved that they had a sauna. I went to one of their classes and just wasn’t impressed. So i didnt go back. I emailed before one of my surgeries and asked to cancel and they asked if they could give me a discounted rate instead. I said sure. I wanted to support them and was hopeful after my recovery the classes would be better. Fast forward to mid April and after I cancelled a card I get an email that I need to pay with an updated card to go forward with a 30 day cancellation. I responded with I have been paying you for months while never attending your gym let’s just call this even. I am told no. I find this annoying and after seeing a complaint recently about their billing I decide to checkout their reviews. After seeing multiple negative reviews regarding billing I email with screen shots of the reviews, that I am not comfortable ex updating my payment method. This is my cancellation notice, end of story. I figured that would be the end of it or I would get sent to collections for $16. Silly to pay ahead for another month when i know i wont be using the gym anyway. The response I got was shocking. Whats more shocking is the fact I am called immoral. But my record indicates a much more moral road than Mr Clementino’s who has assault charges as well as being sued for not fulfilling financial obligations much more than $16.
I joined the cherry booty program at TBT Sherman Texas, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far and being apart of this amazing family owned gym! From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, motivating, and full of positive energy.The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help whether you’re brand new or experienced. The facility is clean, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great workout. What really stands out is the supportive community, it truly feels like everyone wants to see you succeed. There’s no intimidation, just encouragement and hard work. If you’re in the Sherman area and looking for a gym that feels like more than just a place to work out, this is it. Highly recommend TBT Sherman Texas Gym to anyone serious about improving their health and fitness!
