Watched my son coach and teach and was impressed. If you want to learn to box and have fun in doing so, he's your guy. Welcoming atmosphere for all ages, too. Even aspiring Granddudes. :0)

Nice, clean gym with a real boxing ring. Coach Rod is a great guy. In addition to mitt work and coaching, he also likes to share stories from his days as a pro boxer. He's always positive and encouraging, especially with young people!
