We were visiting Bend on vacation, and my 5-year-old grey belt had an upcoming tournament, so he wanted to get some rolling in while we were here. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming! The coaches were patient, encouraging, and created a fun, structured environment for the kids. He had a great time training, getting some solid rolls in, and learning new skills. It’s clear this gym values both technique and community. If we lived in Bend, this would definitely be our go-to spot for jiu-jitsu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly and high-quality training experience!

We normally train at the Straight Blast Gym in Portland but decided to get some rolls in while on vacation in the area. What an amazing gym with very welcoming and knowledgeable instructors. We will definitely be back and wished we lived closer, I hope all that do decide to check it out!

SBG Bend is not only a beautiful gym but the place and the people have heart. If you’re looking for a community in Bend that makes it really easy to love yourself, others and most importantly the art of jiu jitsu, this is the gym for you. And guys, there’s a sauna, come on!
