This is one of the best boxing gyms I’ve been to,this gym comes with great respect and everyone has a great mood 24/7 and Coach Nat and Coach Chaka are one of the best trainers to work with they push you to your limits and treat you with all kinds of respect that you give to them 10/10 gym and would definitely recommend in the Houston area!!

Just signed up my kids here I am in love with the place feels good. Feels like home very nice environment. Everyone there is very nice I love that they have patience with the kids. 10/10

Gym staff was genuinely welcoming and professional. My kids are too young to join now, but I’ll definitely be back if we still live in the area. Coach Natural was very pleasant as well as the front door host, SJ!

Recently joined this gym for some boxing training. Coach Jay is a great leader and this place exceeded my expectations! 👏🏻 Very clean, friendly, and good workout environment. I highly recommend this gym! 💪🏻
