I have been going to this place for a month and I’ve seen great changes in my body. I feel as I have improved greatly and the workouts kill me every single day. I love this place as if it’s a home. I like coming here! Great place and I really recommend.

I've been coming to Raul's gym for a few years. Super down-to-earth and humble person being that he's a former Olympian and former Boxing World Champion. The gym has a rugged old-school feel, great atmosphere, and intense workouts. You also don't get tied down with a contract which is great. I definitely recommend it if you're looking to learn some self defense, get in better shape, and release some stress.

Glad to be a part of this gym. I’ve been here for only a month and I’ve been able to learn a lot from great trainers that are actually in the boxing game. Raul and Gio always have a great workout planned and most importantly take the time to teach the right mechanics. Over all great gym, and even better people.
