Fisticuffs is a great gym run by an excellent head coach with lots of pro boxers that come there to train and spar as well. Best gym in the Portland area is West Portland Boxing (my home town gym). Best gym in Vancouver is definitely Fisticuffs. We come here often to get some top level sparring.

Best Boxing Gym on either side of the river, hands down! Coach John did an amazing job producing Virgil 'The Black Mamba Green! Best, hardest sparring I ever came across, and basically, I survived! That sparring and tips from John on sprints elevated my last 3 fights! All main events to success!!!

I love this gym! They have always treated me like ohana even after my fight career was cut off due to a TBI. Great coaches, tough training partners, and an all around positive vibe from people in there!

Good local boxing gym! Love it and better pricing then other gyms of the same caliber.
