Look no further than THE BASE Vancouver. Coach Chris and Nikala are absolutely impressive—along with their rock star staff. We are lucky to have found this place. Go check them out.

The trainers are excellent! They find a way to reach everyone. The atmosphere in the gym is wonderful. The kids enjoy training! Thank you for your hard work!

Been training for 15 years, have been a member or dropped in on open mats at 90% of the gyms in the Portland/Vancouver area. The base Vancouver has the most talent and color on the mats in the area. I am consistently getting my lunch money taken from the upper belts on a daily basis. Coach Chris is always studying the game and bringing new techniques that are currently winning championships to the mats. If you want to get better or start learning from the right people the base is where you go.

Top level instruction from passionate, progressive and dedicated professors. Great for people who want to stay in shape or compete at the highest level in the sport and anywhere in-between. A wonderful place for kids with full classes, full of positivity and growth with caring coaches who care about your kids success on and off the mats. Clean and sanitary environment. I can't find enough positive things to say about this gym and the people there. If you are there daily or haven't been on the mats in a decade or it's your first time ever; you will be greeted like a family member. Because that's what this gym is. A family.

This school is an amazing place to train. I’ve trained for over 13 years. I’ve trained at many different schools over the year. The base has been such a great experience. They are so professional, and absolutely a dream to work with. Signing up was super easy. Also, when some unforeseen events happened and I had to cancel my membership, that only took one text. It was so nice because I’ve had some really bad experiences canceling memberships with other schools in the past. I would highly recommend The Base to anyone and everyone that is interested in the grappling arts. 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
