I've been going since i was 5 with the Exception of a 2 year brake the Instructor is one of the Nicest people ive met in the 8 years ive known him ive never not felt a warm welcome he is always Reliable and i will Continue to go Until i cant

This is a fantastic place to start or continue learning BJJ. Have been here over a year now and I’ve learned so much. Trevor and Scotty are both amazing instructors. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested learning the art of Jiu Jitsu.

Awesome instructors, clean dojo and GREAT prices! Class sizes (adult and kids) are small so you get personalized attention..staff is super friendly too!! Kids classes are great for self esteem, confidence and discipline early in life. All classes provide a good workout, too! Family owned and operated. Parking could be better.

Before I started training here I had no prior martial arts experience and wasn't quite sure what to expect. I've been training at Progressive for about 18 months now and have been completely satisfied with the instruction and the team. The rates are affordable when compared with other gyms in the Vancouver/Portland area. You won't find a cheaper place to learn BJJ from multiple black belts and other high ranking coaches (and no contract!) Whether you want to learn self defense, BJJ, Muy Thai, or just participate in the fitness classes, I recommend it to all. Go train!!!
