Carola is absolutely amazing! Her energy and motivation made this 30-minute HIIT session fly by. Tina was also fantastic today, bringing her own vibe that kept me pushing through every set. The perfect combination of challenge and fun—highly recommend!

I have been coming here for about a year now and absolutely love it. This 30-minute intense circuit, designed just for women, is a great mix of kickboxing, boxing, and self defense. I love that the trainers are super motivating and teach throughout the workout to ensure you have the correct technique — it’s almost as if you have your own personal trainer! I 10/10 recommend this stress relieving, strength building, and encouraging environment!

Great workout and super supportive trainers! I was really surprised at how hard this was haha! Definitely a good way to build cardio and strength at the same time. I had never kickboxed before and the trainer was so helpful educating me and encouraging me!

I can't recommend 30 Minute HIT enough. Not only do you get a great workout in 30 minutes, you also get a great community of supportive women. Carola and her team of awesome trainers make everyone feel welcome and special, and I don't think I've ever been in for a workout where I didn't get personal attention from the trainer on the floor. The workout is good for all ranges of fitness and all ages of women and is customizable to your level. And it's fun to hit and kick things!

I cannot love this workout enough! It is awesome. I love the fact it is only 30minutes - working out has never been so much fun. The time goes so quickly and you feel like you have done a fantastic workout. It is easy to schedule into your day. I also love the encouragement and guidance from trainers. The hit of endorphins after the workout is also sensational. Just try it once, you will be hooked!
