Worked out here for about a year and while the workouts were pretty good it is certainly not a good place for older people. Like plus 40 crowd. Never felt welcome here by the students or instructors. It is cliquey and unfriendly. Instructors i found favored certain students and would spend more time helping them.

Urban Boxing was a great place to get in my boxing workouts. I spent the week in DC and Urban boxings hospitality was matched with none other. Friendly staff that CARE, which is hard to find in the boxing world. Highly recommended that you stop by, no matter what your boxing experience is

Really awesome boxing gym. All the coaches are so good at teaching and putting you out of breath. I particularly love Coach Walt's noon class. It is the combination of workout and fun. Highly recommend.

This is a really awesome gym. The coaches motivate you to workout hard for the whole class, but without being mean about it. I've especially enjoyed morning classes with Coach Walt - super fun, great workout, and awesome staff! They also have other gyms, but I haven't been able to check any of them out yet. Same ownership, so I assume it's the same great atmosphere

Awesome gym with great trainers. The coaches front desk and management have all been very friendly, encouraging and respectful. I am so happy I found Urban Boxing as I have been curious but intimidated by the sport. They make it accessible while also sharing their expertise. A lot of the coaches are professional boxers so they are the real deal. Definitely worth checking out!
