Outstanding! The coaches are very attentive, create challenging workouts, and are the core of a friendly, inspiring community. The gym is clean; plenty of space. I’m thankful that they’re in the neighborhood!

Title boxing club is no joke! I had my first boxing class a month ago and I really love It works the whole body and the whole team is super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Now im a title member and taking boxing clases 3-4 times a week has been the best decision for me . Clases are fire 🔥

Took my first class with Oscar, he had amazing energy and his 1:1 work with each of us was incredibly helpful in correcting form and challenging me further. It wasn’t a small class, but he made sure that each of us got individualized attention with each new combo. 8 rounds, active recoveries in between and a finisher core/strength block at the end. The studio itself was clean and spacious with showers. Marc at the front showed me around when I checked in and was very friendly and welcoming. He even helped me wrap my hands! Great fitness addition to Arlington!
