My first class with Shaka was empowering. He takes the time to work with each individual person and the class as a whole. I appreciated the one-on-one and group work. Plus the rest of the group cheering each other on made the class better as well. Thank you all!
Such a welcoming atmosphere from the walk in. As a beginner, I was nervous about being behind but our instructor Shaka was patient and touched on all skill levels. The class challenged me in the best way possible . I’ll def be back!
What a great experience! Shaka is an excellent coach, working with me through basic boxing movements, both individually and at the class level. And then what a great transition to a short yoga practice at the end! Diana was amazing, calming our nervous systems down through breathing and then a gentle flow. I left class feeling tired but peaceful. Will be back!

Great high intensity class with lots of energy! Shaka was an amazing coach and technical teacher! Highly recommend!
