Very, very patient with newbies like me. Communicates practical applications of moves. Classes are supportive, with general “good vibes” and encouragement amongst students and coach.

This place was great! I did a “drop in” class on a trip here to Hawaii. Jeff, the owner/instructor was awesome!! This guy really knows his stuff. I’ve been training Krav Maga for about 5 years and in one class here I learned a new technique that I’ll incorporate into everything I do for the rest of my life. DO NOT HESITATE to come train here.. What you learn in 2 hours here could potentially save your life!
