5 star great experience at this gym! I’m currently visiting and I trained at the Pearl City location. I have trained here before a couple years ago, it left such a great impression I came back years later. Great coaching from coach Zach, structured classes for improvement, and a disciplined atmosphere but still incredibly welcoming. You can tell the trainers care about developing strong fighters or just helping you start your journey. I highly recommend to all levels from just starting out, improving fitness, and competing!

I’ve had a great experience at Mango Tree Muay Thai’s Hawaii Kai location. Richard, Bernice, and the staff are all incredibly welcoming and make you feel like part of the family from day one. Richard is a very dedicated and hardworking owner who truly cares about his students and the gym culture he’s built. Communication has always been excellent, and the positive energy in the gym makes training enjoyable and motivating. The coaches and staff create an environment that is friendly, respectful, and encouraging for all skill levels. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, learn Muay Thai, or join a supportive community, I highly recommend checking out any Mango Tree Muay Thai on Oahu.

Very sick setup with separate large mats, a full size ring, and several lifting racks. Honestly the best combined lifting and muay thai gym setup I have seen personally. The staff are all super chill and knowledgeable. My wife and I both train regularly at home but the kind folks at Mango Tree were more than willing to let us jump straight into training at the gym for the week we were in Honolulu. 6 out of 5 stars, train here if you are autistic enough to train on vacation like we are!

I loved my experience at Mango Tree Fitness! Such kind staff, challenging but fun classes, and a really inclusive and welcoming community. So grateful to have found this gym before my trip to Thailand! This will definitely be my home gym when I move back to Hawaii soon ◡̈

I’ve been training at The Mango Tree since I was 15 years old (I’m 23 now). I started in the Foundations program with zero martial arts experience and was immediately hooked. Whether your goal is to fight, improve your technique, or just get a solid sweat in, I highly, highly recommend checking out The Mango Tree, they truly have something for everyone. Since joining, I’ve moved away for college and then again for work on the mainland, but every time I come home I make it a priority to train at The Mango Tree. Kru Rich and Coach Bernice have built such a strong, motivating, family-oriented culture that no matter how much they grow or how many new locations they open, the environment and class quality never change. Kru Rich is genuinely one of the sharpest minds in the Muay Thai community. It’s special to learn from him, and he’s done an incredible job investing in his coaching team so they’re a true extension of his knowledge. I’ve had the opportunity to sit in on a few of his coaches’ meetings over the years, and I can personally vouch for how much time, care, and intention he and Coach Bernice put into developing their staff. Every coach is battle-tested, and they have helped all of them go train in Thailand to bring back the most authentic Muay Thai. If you’re a woman looking to get in shape, find a supportive community, or learn Muay Thai, please talk to Coach Bernice. She has built amazing women’s programs and will listen to your goals and help build a plan that fits you. And if you have kids, please check out the kids’ classes. I assisted in teaching these classes before I moved off-island, and I have seen first hand how these programs help kids learn discipline, self-defense, and how to work with others. The confidence that these kids develop overtime is also incredible to watch. The Mango Tree isn’t just a gym, it’s a home, a community, and hands down the best place to learn Muay Thai in Hawaii. I can’t recommend it enough
