I had the opportunity to drop in for training at Muay Boran Hawaii and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the experience. Kru Dan is a top-notch instructor who will give you some gems to improve your technique and fight IQ at any level. Would definitely come back to train here any time I'm in the area.

I loved training at Muay Boran Hawaii! Kru Dan is a highly skilled and compassionate instructor. He clearly has a passion for teaching, as well as for continuing to learn. He demonstrates the techniques in detail as we follow along, and then everyone pairs up to practice combos. The other students are friendly and respectful, and the facilities are clean. Coach Chad and Coach Ikaika are also very knowledgable and approachable. Everyone works hard and has lots of fun. It’s a great school and supportive community!

Great coach and supportive community, classes are suitable for all levels. I have been going to Muay Boran for a year now, they host 2 classes every Tuesday and Thursday for Level 1 & 2 at 6:15 pm and 7:30 pm. You can do drop in classes, membership fee for 2 classes a week ($110) or 4 classes a week ($150)* *Price as of writing this review Coach Dan and Coach Chad are very helpful and gives great instructions, making the class easy to follow regardless of your level.
