This boxing fitness gym is small, but has so many positive attributes! The instructor (Snooky) and his assistant are very friendly and encouraging. They are always sure to give individualized attention to each student even in a class environment. They offer a variety of training options to choose from. I experienced nothing but positive energy from each and every student every time that I attended. Everyone greets you as you enter and exit the gym. The gym is always very clean and organized. The instructor wipes down equipment frequently during the day. There is a variety of equipment to train on and the instructor is always coming up with new ways to train students based on their individual needs. Never a dull session. I learned something new time I attended. Classes are fun and you get a good quality workout! I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Fit Punch is perfect fit for my child's personality. Not a crowded, bustling gym that feels intimidating. The owner is professional and a great teacher. The place is super clean and a very relaxed atmosphere for first-timers. Love it!
