I'd put zero stars, if I could. Wally is a Snake Oil Salesman and overly hypes assistive technologies. He recommended me a Tobii Dynavox device and painted a VERY dramatic picture into the heads of me, my mom, my employer, my VR counselor and my job coach/mentor-Quoting him ("This device can change your life"). It threw me into a frenzy and made me questioning my own judgement! I'll skip half of the story. I turned down a good, prosperous job opportunity because of ISG's overselling behavior. And when a Tobii Dynavox respresentive assess my needs and told us the truth, Wally didn't even offer me an apology of some sort. He was sly and kept quiet. Going through the ordeal of ISG was a total nightmare! Avoid at all costs!
