Great owner, coaches and members. I am more motivated to go to class than I am to attempt a workout at home. I appreciate the variability and well rounded workouts.

Tricia and her staff are amazing! I was a little worried about the pressure of not being flexible enough or being able to do all the exercises. The staff is very helpful in suggesting ways to modify. Great group!!

I previously attended a different round based kickboxing gym before the pandemic. I liked the workout, but I did not love the pushy attitude of some of the trainers. Rockbox is a breath of fresh air! The gym is so clean, the trainers are so friendly, there's a full bathroom with shower at this facility and I think the workout is much better!!!

Fun, challenging, encouraging, welcoming, knowledgeable, clean are all words that come to mind when i think of Rockbox (gym, trainers, owner, and members). No matter your age or fitness level Rockbox meets you where you’re at. Whether it be modifications to make the exercises easier or harder the trainers are always prepared for what you need. The music is always great and the workouts are never the same. I’ve been here since 2021 and love it as much today as i did the day I started! Try it out. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Positive people, great playlists, fun & challenging exercise, and everything is easy to modify if your joints just aren't up for a particular move that day. Marcus and Brandi are such energetic coaches, and incredibly supportive no matter where you are along the fitness spectrum! I haven't taken a class with coach Adrienne yet but look forward to meeting her soon, too!
