Ali did an amazing baby and me class! My 6 month old had a great time watching me workout and look in the mirror with other moms. So sweet

Loved this class so much! The energy was high, the playlist was amazing, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable for my first visit. Olivia was a great instructor, very fun and motivating!!

I had a wonderful class. I felt like Lauren did an excellent job at keeping a beginner motivated. I didn't think I was gonna be able to make it but her encouragement and enthusiasm made it so easy I would definitely consider returning.

Great class! Anna explained everything beforehand and was so sweet! Definitely will be coming back when I’m in the area.

The staff were super nice and helpful. A staff member made sure my bike was adjusted properly and I understood how to use the bike for the class. The instructor, Ronnie, was great! The facility was very clean and provided towels. It was also nice that my visit was free. I'd definitely join this gym if I lived in Lexington!!
