Although I am fairly new to KY Gym, I am thoroughly satisfied. They have a wide variety of equipment as well as extras like the Cold Plunge, Steam Showers, and my favorite, a dry Sauna. The staff is knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming, and the facilities are immaculate. If you are looking for a gym to call home, I suggest you check them out. You won't be sorry.

Great gym. There are always a few people there, so it doesn't feel empty. But I've never seen it crowded, and I rarely wait for a station. Staff and friendly and helpful. Two small criticisms: They got rid of their leg abductor machine, and it's not clear when it will be replaced. And the sauna works, but it's slower to heat up than ones I'm used to. But those are small issues, and given the monthly rate and no hassle contract, I still give Kentucky Gym 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Great gym for those looking to get a good workout without all the unneeded flash. I wanted a place where I could feel comfortable, as I have never really worked out at a gym before, and was intimidated by other gyms I looked at. I love the atmosphere here, and feel comfortable working out all the times I've been there. Everyone is very helpful as well, and made me feel welcome. Love it!

Really like this gym — it’s not pretentious and has everything you need for a solid workout, including punching bags. It’s got a friendly, comfortable vibe that makes it easy to feel at home. Great location with plenty of parking, too.

I joined this gym just a few weeks ago and love the environment! No judgement from anyone. Staff is friendly and you have 24/7 access and it’s budget friendly.
