My son has started training with Willie, the owner of No Limits Innovative Strength. I am very thankful we met Willie. He developed a detailed strength strategy for my son. Not only dealing with the strength aspect but it includes the mental and nutritional side of training also. He pushes you to become the best version of yourself. I am coach and very impressed with his knowledge and passion.

Coach Ray has been my coach for 8 years and the results I have had and continue have are unmatched. Coach Willie Ray has decades of experience and progress from his clients, including myself, are beyond amazing. He truly is invested to make his clients all around better in whatever our goals are. His expertise and knowledge is hands down THE best in the business! Take time to talk with him and inveat in YOURSELF with his guidance... you will be glad you did! I am thankful I did! Willie is an amazing coach and trainer he has taken my fitness to an exceptional level I never realized was possible!!! I'm in better shape at 45 then I've ever been my entire life. The workouts are hard and when you stick with it and don't give up you'll be proud of the results and yourself! YOLO!

I began training with Willie back in February and signed a 6 month membership with him where I trained 3 days a week and paid for nutritional coaching (ended in August). My experience with Willie and No Limits Strength Training was good at first. I received tough workouts and nutritional coaching that helped me lose weight. I wanted to change my membership from 3 days a week down to 2 days a week and drop the nutritional coaching. I was not made aware of any rate increases prior to being billed for the 2 days a week training. After seeing what I was billed, I brought up the price increase to Willie. He called me and let me know that this was my new rate and I quote “to let him know what I wanted to do, or he would send me somewhere cheaper.” Willie has tendency to bulldoze conversations, thinking he will get his way. I didn’t feel like it was a constructive conversation and let him know I would message him my decision. I later texted him letting him know that due to our conversation I would be canceling my membership with him. I was not offered to continue training the month I had paid for, or any alternative. He blocked me on social media and never responded to any of my text messages. After countless attempts to reach him regarding the payment he took, but did not fulfill any training, I received a letter from Willie where he wrote “Consequently, you DID provide the required 30 notification of cancellation to stop your October 1, 2025 auto payment.” He so graciously took it upon himself to send this letter to me that he signed and dated it. I still haven’t received any reimbursement. He also threatened to sue me and husband if we published our experience with him, calling it “defamation.” Willie has proven to be wildly unprofessional and very confrontational. He also owes me for my husband’s kettlebell class. My husband has no contract with him. The only other communication I have received is him telling me I could meet him at his office or call him. I will not subject myself to his bullying, and put myself in an unsafe environment.

My experience with No Limits came to an abrupt end due to how the owner/trainer Willie handles himself in a non professional way. After my wife and I cancelled our membership for October, Willie blocked us on social media and never responded to our messages. I was never offered to continue to train through October to fulfill the payment he received. My wife and I did receive a signed and dated letter from Willie and No Limits stating that we did in fact give enough notice to cancel our October 1, 2025 auto payment. I have no contract with Willie or No Limits Strength Training. He owes me for my October membership still. In his letter he also threatened to sue me and my wife for defamation. Google, yelp, and online reviews wouldn’t be around if it were illegal to share your experiences. We have plenty of documentation to back up our experience with Willie and No Limits.
