I absolutely love this establishment! I put my 8 year old daughter in boxing class here to help her cope with the loss of her father. He passed away from cancer and it was really hard on her. It has helped her in so many ways. Not only is it helping her cope it is also helping her learn how to defend herself, they focus on self- discipline, patience, and a balance of mind, body and spirit. Coach Jeff is a trained family counselor, and drug and alcohol counselor; as well as an ordained minister. His daughters were Jr. Olympians for weight lifting, and the whole family were well trained in the gym and in boxing. His partner, Gail, is a registered nurse and is there for each practice. They are amazing mentors for the kids and I have seen so much growth from all of the students. Their pricing is the Cheapest I have seen Anywhere for a kid activity. Check them out you will NOT be disappointed!
