I went to visit a couple of days ago but you arrive and no one greets you, the coaches pass in front of you and don't say hello, I think they lack the most important thing which is respect.
This sounds very strange. We ALWAYS have somebody at the front desk, and they ALWAYS greet newcomers...I know thias because I am the front desk person, and also the owner. I apologize for this happening to you. I promise this isn't how we run our business.
The coaches at this gym are top notch and the atmosphere is super accepting of people at all skill levels. I've made great friends going here on top of becoming more physically fit and confident. Love this place.
