Class with Jessica was amazing. Way to start a Sunday 🥹 they need to change the water filter or get a more efficient fountain, maybe fill up a water dispenser with some lemons or something because everyone was trying to fill up their water bottle before class and it just trickles out

I'm just a sculpt yoga beginner but found it really easy to follow the instructor. Really friendly and helpful staff. The whole studio is very clean with great facilities.

I attended the core power yoga candlelight with Sam. She’s a friendly, highly hospitable instructor, and the flow was nicely balanced between rest and intensity, with a full-body workout. As a regular yoga practitioner for the past two years, I didn’t expect my arm and back muscles to be so sore the day after, which means it was a good workout!

Went with a friend for first time, it was good. Caroline is a great instructor. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a solid workout - especially guys who lift a lot and need a change up / mobility workout

I'm visiting from Denver and I tried two classes. I liked them even better than the ones at home! The studio was so clean and well maintained. VERY positive energy all-around. Can't wait to return!
