I took a kickboxing class recently with Agatha and had the best time! Instructors Agatha and Sophie were so helpful, as it was my first time kickboxing. I had so much fun and felt very welcome in the gym, and got a great workout in. Would highly recommend Urban Boxing to anyone looking to try it out or continue their boxing journey!

Great gym for all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced fighters. They offer a variety of classes including boxing, jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and kickboxing, which keeps things interesting. The environment is very welcoming, the classes are well structured, and you learn proper technique. It’s also the perfect place to disconnect, de-stress, and just enjoy the process.

Best gym ever. Salomé, Mike Easton, and Joshua are outstanding teachers with a lot of patience. This gym isn’t solely class-based, meaning you can come and go as you please outside of class times. Whether you wanna lift weights, hit a bag, or hide from your manager, this place is perfect for all the above. The price, culture, and vibes are fantastic. Speak with the GM for 5 minutes and you’ll be sold.

Wonderful boxing gym! I’m visiting from Miami, where I practice boxing every week, and found this place nearby the hotel. Communication with the managers via email was easy. The coach was very welcoming, and the CLASS WAS EXCELLENT, tougher than expected! Great atmosphere, with wraps available for purchase at a reasonable price and gloves to borrow if needed. The gym was very clean and well organized. We’ll keep coming during our visit!

The staff at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. As a boxing practitioner of many years, I greatly appreciate the warm personalities and the expertise that is offered here. I highly recommend if you live on the West End of DC and need a place to work on your skills. The coaches here will get you cleaned up!
