Instructors and staff are great, knowledgeable, and kind. Came from the boxing class trembling from adrenaline, excitement, tired and drenched in sweat and feeling great. Definitely a solid spot to work out and/or work on the skills you want.

Great place the owner and students are all super helpful training is very straightforward and alot of fun i recommend bringing anyone who wants to impress their fitness and learn self defense!

I really enjoyed my time here. I had some grappling experience but focus on building striking skills. The coaches here are amazing and are great teachers. They were very attentive and gave tailored feedback. I paid 169 on a monthly payment for MMA classes 2x a week. But if you get a 3, 6, or 12 month agreement, it would be more cheaper. Most of the students were very kind and patient as well. I've trained bjj briefly at other gyms and locations, but if I was able to be in town for longer, I would pick this gym to continue training, whether it be for bjj or striking.

The atmosphere is amazing, it's full of people who are all training for different reasons but nobody holds themselves above anyone else. The instructors are fantastic, breaking down every technique slowly and they work with everyone to make sure everyone can keep up. They were extremely accommodating, and when I took my trial course, they welcomed me like I'd been there many times before. It's so easy to jump in even with no experience, as they provide most of the equipment and everything you need to take the lesson. It's clean, it's well organized, it's the best martial arts studio I've seen in a long time. I will be coming back many, many times in the future

Professional family friendly environment my son absolutely enjoyed orientation here I trained years ago. It was really nice to come back. I really appreciate how patient they were with my son. I could tell the other people really enjoy coming too.
