Lake Hickory Muay Thai is a fantastic place to train for all ages! The gym culture here is positive and encouraging, the facilities are well kept and clean. I couldn't ask for a better place for my family to be involved!

Lake Hickory Muay Thai is amazing. My son and I have been members in the adult class for a few months and love it. The instructors are great and the workout is great. Everyone makes you feel welcome, and we've made new friends because of it.

🥊Rock Steady Boxing gym has an excellent program to help those who are fighting against Parkinson’s. Participation in their program can help not only build boxing skills, but also strengthen the body and mind, which is so important and necessary! I have a early morning personal training session here every week with the Coach Trevar. Training Muay Thai has helped me so much with both my mental and physical health. Trevar make you feel comfortable and tailors your session around your personal wants and needs. I would no doubt recommend lake hickory muay Thai to anyone interested. You will not regret it!
