Its my second class i came to & i ain’t never felt like i belong but everyone is understandable & knowledgeable about trying to show me the ins & outs i definitely recommend anyone looking for a all around gym & to learn the basics of defense & offense of fighting stop by & check them out you won’t be DISAPPOINTED!!

Friendly staff, good prices. If you're looking to learn simple grabs, and take down come in and get the training.

Very structured classes. Teach a topic or 2, then practice it, then spar. Simple and effective. The culture is awesome. Feels like being in the Rocky movies in that gym. Just some guys getting better together and learning skills that could save your life one day.

I’m a beginner and the instructors are great and so helpful! This has been an awesome experience and so much fun! I highly recommend it!
